The EVO Olive Oil Ferrara is obtained from the first grinding of “local olives gathered from the tree at the right moment. It’s valued by experts in all cooked dishes, but especially in cold dishes or everywhere a little bit of non-cooked oil is required. It has a firm taste, soft and natural; it must be used in little doses and it can be eaten as by children as by older people.
